The original design of the Pirogue was developed to suite the rich culture of the Caribbean people and their long history in the fishing industry. Calypso Marine Services Limited has perfected this design and our boat is able to withstand the rough waters of the Caribbean where fishermen travel many miles offshore to the fishing grounds.

With an extremely sharp bow (60 degrees) and a dramatically raised sheer forward, combined with the moderate-V (10 degree deadrise at the transom), this hull can carry you through incredible weather at remarkable speeds and keep you drier than you would expect. An unusual transition from the 10 degree deadrise, to fully reversed chines keeps spray channeled downward and adds terrific roll stability. Another benefit of this hull is how little it costs to run, the unique hull design offers remarkable fuel efficiency.

This Sport Fishing Pirogue would make a great fishing charter boat. Alternatives: you could add a ladder to the transom for a snorkeling boat, or add a front seat for  a trouble free water taxi.

The all fiberglass hull is in great shape, just dirty, as photos show. The cushions would need a redo and some of the electricals have been appropriated. I have the bucket seats, anchor, bimini top and some other odds and ends. Needs motor of up to 50 HP. Was purchased and motored up from Trinidad with 2x25 HP motors.
